Forum rules
Please note that image critiquing is a matter of give and take: if you post images for critique, and you then expect to receive criticism, then it is also reasonable, fair and appropriate that, in return, you post your critique of the images of other members here as a matter of courtesy. So please do offer your critique of the images of others; your opinion is important, and will help everyone here enjoy their visit to far greater extent.

Also please note that, unless you state something to the contrary, other members might attempt to repost your image with their own post processing applied. We see this as an acceptable form of critique, but should you prefer that others not modify your work, this is perfectly ok, and you should state this, either within your post, or within your signature.

Images posted here should conform with the general forum guidelines. Image sizes should not exceed 950 pixels along the largest side (height or width) and typically no more than four images per post or thread.

Love the first with the wavy lines.

Looks like you managed to capture a ghoul or a ghost in the third

Nice pictures....

Nice shots as always, you have certainly got the new girl working well for you .
Thanks for sharing we didn't stay for the late show so nice to see what we missed.

You certainly picked your spot better - we went to Pinkie Flats for the early session - much to my surprise they fired off Pinkie Flats (not the bridge) so apart from having to use the 17-55 and had hold lying on my back feeling the ground shake and being deaf for the next hour I have a few humble shots I'll post for C&C - not in the same league but I had to start somewhere.

The ghost has me interested - glowstick ? sparkler ???

I'm guessing the light from a car's indicator and break lights?

Great shots Tony.
I didn't go in this year. Looks like a good night.
Did you get a shot of the "Adelaide" sign?

The ghost was compliments of a young girl with a glow stick who could not contain her excitement over the fire works. I did not mind her jumping up and down as it adds to scene

I know there are plenty of fireworks shots at the moment but IMHO i think these are some of the best. Great result in number 4 with the reflections in the water. Some brilliant colours and a great series. Nice work
