MY XR8+ FREEWAY LIGHT TRAILwas coming back from a drive to mt lofty, and decided to pull into the truck parking bay on the freeway to get a few light trail pictures.
here is one i got i included my car in although it was filthy.
Re: MY XR8+ FREEWAY LIGHT TRAILsorry i didnt realise i compressed the image so small.
Re: MY XR8+ FREEWAY LIGHT TRAILNot too bad
A little light painting on the car would help balance this up a bit. Not sure on the angle of the car either, but nice concept. Now - go get a real car and try again (it is a ford after all!) *** When getting there is half the fun! ***
Re: MY XR8+ FREEWAY LIGHT TRAIL
That was exactly my first thought on seeing this image as well. The rear left corner of the car is particularly dark, and the whole rear end is lacking in detail. Some of that will be Henry's fault, of course, but light painting would be of some use here. By way of contrast, I think that the light trails are over-exposed. The road surface in the front of the car is too light, and perhaps less overall exposure time, plus the light painting on the vehicle, would be the way to go for this image.
Yep. Something from Italy (not Turin) or Germany (not Bavaria, and not Wolfsburg) would be in order. g.
