So please do offer your critique of the images of others; your opinion is important, and will help everyone here enjoy their visit to far greater extent. Also please note that, unless you state something to the contrary, other members might attempt to repost your image with their own post processing applied. We see this as an acceptable form of critique, but should you prefer that others not modify your work, this is perfectly ok, and you should state this, either within your post, or within your signature. Images posted here should conform with the general forum guidelines. Image sizes should not exceed 950 pixels along the largest side (height or width) and typically no more than four images per post or thread. You have got to be quickthis image was shot on the D300 12-24 Sigma and is full frame. The image was shot while the pickers were working as there was no time to set up a shot, due to everything is moving, tractor, people, a worker on the back of the bin, and you walk along side, hoping there is no juice in the bucket when thrown in, there is no way to know, you just have got to duck now and then, and be quick.
Cheers ....bp....

Re: You have got to be quickNice image Bernie. Bet it's Tyrrell's And you even managed one of the few rain free days this month (which BTW has turned a potentially awesome hunter red vintage into an average red vintage)

Re: You have got to be quickYou could be right there Peter........ The Hunter has had a few rain free days this week and the bulk of the red crop started picking yesterday and will go on through next week. Overall it has been a slower vintage due to weather, which was good for me as I was able to do a few set up shots in the cellar, the grapes are in good shape and the quality is good....... might try and get a few bird shots done now I am finished
Cheers ....bp....
