Glamour in North SydneySavaleigha and I tried our hand at 1940s glamour this afternoon...
My original intent was to do the whole of this shot in B&W, but she looked so good in colour I decided to publish these shots... I can highly recommend Savaleigha as a model... Cheers, John

Re: Glamour in North SydneyI like the way you've used the colour temperature to convey the mood in the first 2 - in #1 she seems to be getting rid of the coat in the warmth and #2 pulling it tighter in the cool. On my monitor #3 looks a little blown out.
Are you going to post the B&Ws anyway? Cheers, Muzz Canon 7D | Canon 350D | G5 | S95 | 24-70mm f2.8L | 50mm f1.8 II | 70-200mm f2.8L USM | 430EX II | Strobist gear

Well spotted Muzz... Here are some more from the session:
Re: Glamour in North SydneyThey are all very good John, but I particularly love the second and third B&W shots, outstanding!

Re: Glamour in North SydneyThanks everyone... I printed off the bus-stop and fan B&Ws today and they looked SO much better than they look on screen... I gave the prints to the model and I think she liked them...
Cheers, John
