Re: Clipsal 500 shots for Big VWell I guess someone has to do it. Big V can keep his cars. I bet the smile on your face while shooting was bigger than the Girls.
D200 etc

It's a sacrifice I make for the team... (They certainly generate some hits on the website!) Daniel Nikon D4, D2Xs, D70, Nikkors and Sigmas lenses from 10 to 400mm

Re: Clipsal 500 shots for Big VIf the Jim Beam girls are selling sun glasses holders, I'll buy a couple..
Nice work. Cheers, John JED

Re: Clipsal 500 shots for Big V
They did seem very popular. Every time I asked the different girls to stand together of a photo, when I was finished I'd turn around to find a crowd of happy-snappers lining up. Daniel Nikon D4, D2Xs, D70, Nikkors and Sigmas lenses from 10 to 400mm

Yes, I can confirm the Access Cash car posters the girls are holding are real... Or where you referring to some other things? Daniel Nikon D4, D2Xs, D70, Nikkors and Sigmas lenses from 10 to 400mm

Re: Clipsal 500 shots for Big VNice shots mate,
Pity i couldn't mate it this year as i had other shooting commitments. I have it on good authority that the financial downturn has had an affect on the amount of promo girls, damn financial decline !!! On a side note good to see the 2 beam brunettes on the outside making another appearance, got shots of them in 2007 and definitely one of them in 08 Well done! Please don't use or edit my images.
D200x2, kit lens, Sigma 105mm f2.8, Nikkor 50mm F1.4, SB600, SB800, Sigma 70-200 f2.8, Sigma 1.4x TC, 2x TC, Sigma 120-300 f2.8
Re: Clipsal 500 shots for Big VGreat shots of the "Scenery" Daniel, i really didnt see as many promo girls around as there normally are at such an event...
Life is all about ass, you're either covering it, laughing it off, kicking it, kissing it, busting it, trying to get a piece of it, or behaving like one
Re: Clipsal 500 shots for Big VNot a great deal Plenty of dudes in Ghillie (sp?)suits though

Re: Clipsal 500 shots for Big VThanks everyone.
I think I recognised a few faces from previous years. I guess the same girls get hired back year after year.
I found around race time they started to appear. There seemed less around earlier in the day.
I'm not sure. I was busy.
They didn't take kindly to trying to get them to pose. Daniel Nikon D4, D2Xs, D70, Nikkors and Sigmas lenses from 10 to 400mm
