Good customer service... Life is good

Postby MHD on Thu Oct 14, 2004 5:09 pm

Let me just start this thread by saying that
TEDS CAMERA STORE IN GAREMA PLACE CIVIC CANBERRA ROCKS LIKE THERE IS NO TOMMOROW!

My choice to spend that little bit extra (not much mind you) and buy from a larger store has paid dividends...

Many of you might have noticed my mirror stick problem (mirror drops a little during longer exposures obscuring part of the image) Well I took Darren (the D70) into the store just then and after a little chatting (no huge pressure at all on my part) they agreed to swap for a brand new body! The camera was 27 days old so it fit into the teds "lemon" scheme...

Utterly totaly happy!

Great news.

And well done Ted's.

Make sure you give this replacement camera a good workout within the next three weeks or so. :)

I did 2000 shutter actions in 27 days... Never fear!

I have not found some one else who has experienced the same problem so fingers crossed!
