still doing the great ocean road. sitting back at apollo bay now on my gf's laptop. will be in melbourne tomorrow till sat.

sorry about pic size and quality, as i said ive uploaded the pics up to her laptop, resized in ms paint haha, and adjusted a few settings in windows picture viewer. cant wait to get back to adelaide to use a mouse, and have lightroom and photoshop.

then i proposed to my gf at london bridge so she treated me to a helicopter flight which was awesome (lol had to go back to the car to get my camera bag, this made the perfect chance to hide the ring and suprise her)

Congratulations Shane! Assuming she said yes if she treated you to the flight! That's a very nice was to do it.

Am heading down to Melbourne and Great ocean drive in august too, love your heli shots, did you use a wide angle lens to shoot it? It looks so expansive! Thanks for sharing the photos :)

is the lower viewing platform at Thunder Cave still shut off?? I can't help but noticing a tripod set up where there should be no public access

lower deck at thunder cave is still closed, some asian tourists couldnt read the sign and went down there with a video camera. i couldnt believe the amount of tourist that could speak and read english well but still didnt care about warning signs. a german girl actually stood on the railing that surrounds the platform so her bf could take photos of her. one decent gust of wind and she would of been toast.

haha man tripod no comment :P

here is the view from my hotel room in melbourne took it tonight floor 17 out of 19 floors (hilton @ the docklands) awesome view to watch at nightime and wake up with in the morning.
