Storm whistles have arrived

Postby Matt. K on Mon Aug 03, 2009 7:11 pm

I have taken delivery of 25 storm whistles and priority will be given to those who put their names down on the list. They will cost $8.00 each and if you require my bank account number please email or PM me via this site. If you would prefer you can just post the money or pay me personally at the AW dinner or the 2 x 2 walk. If you add $2.00 I'll post them out to you. My very first cheep on the whistle convinced me that this is an extraordinary whistle. It is so loud that it causes discomfort and there is a warning on the packet about hearing damage and ear plugs. It is exactly what I hoped it to be. The only available colour is safety red.

This is probably only a first round and if all are sold then I'll take more orders and get another batch sent over from USA. Everyone will have a whistle. :D

Sounds ideal for keeping by the phone, so that one may deal with telemarketers in an appropriate manner.

Who’s on the list Matt? I can’t remember as it goes way back in time and dementia is a real curse

I'm pretty sure I'm NOT on the list, but if you have any left at the AWD, I'll take one off your hands then.

I think I had my name down on the first list? If so, still happy to take one and will pay you at the dinner? Do you accept cash? :D

I'll just say, Matt tested one on the Walk on Saturday, and all the neighbourhood dogs came running.
