Lake EyreAnother picture I took when flying over Lake Eyre.
More pictures of the same trip: http://www.members.optusnet.com.au/~zafra52/index.html
Re: Lake EyreThat's almost disorienting to me. The bland colouration of the lake's water sort of looks like it might be the clouds in the sky, which would mean that the image is upside down.
Which it's not. Well done. g.

Re: Lake Eyre
Exactly what I was thinking. It is a very interesting image though. It however lacks a point of focus that draws in the viewer. Cameron

Re: Lake EyreInteresting! I just got an email telling me I had the photograph upside down, but of course I haven't. This flight to Lake Eyre has been for me a study on the abstract. At times, I had the feeling that I might as well have been in front of a gigantic canvas where a painter just sprayed paint whimsically.
Re: Lake EyreThats a very interesting image, definitely plays on the visual senses - I had a look through your Lake Eyre gallery and there are some very nice shots, it really looks like another world out there, I quite like the birdsville pub shots
