Hi everybody
This is my first post, I do not have D70, recenly my sister gave me Fuji S2 ( she upgrade to a smaller D70), and now I am entering a new hobby. At the moment I only have AFS nikkor 24-85 f1:3.5-4.5G that go with the camera when my sister bought it, and one old serie E 50mmmf1.8 manual lens. After years of using PS camera, this is a big camera for me and I still learning, reading the manual book . Being a newbie I do not have anything to contribute yet, but hope one I will.
Thank
Hien

Hello Hien, I recently got to 'test' the S3, and if the S2 preceeding it is anything like it, it's an excellent camera. Definitely in a league higher than the Xerox 20D...

Onyx,
Did you remember, you talked about the Sig. and the forum downed, now you talked about the S3, what's gonna happen next?

What about the Kodak box, then?
Welcome Hien. You're welcome here with the S2. That was actually the camera I originally perferred to the D70, but it lets one down in the battery department.

Welcome aboard Hien.
Interesting camera you have there. Half Nikon N80, half Fuji hybrid. A good performer when compared to the Nikon D100 in the review at DPReview. So nice of your sister to pass on such a fine camera.
Cheers
Matt

Hi
Thank everybody for warm wellcome , that made me more confident to post.Last Xmas holliday, I went to visit my dad in VN( he is 93 years old that why I have to go every year). Stay in Singapore for a few days, then went to Hanoi VN, catch train goto VN& Chinese border, went to treking Sapa mountain 4 days, Back to Hanoi went to Halong Bay for 3 days , went along to the South by bus ( 1800 Km), to HoChi Minh City on the way also took lot of pics. Stay home with my dad a week, I flew to Bangkok, goto Patayya stay for a week then back to Hochiminh city, stayed home a few days then go to PhuQuoc A beautiful Island ...stay 3 days to go around beaches... Back to HochiMinh City, stay home for a few days and keep traveling to the south.....During that traveling period, took a lot of Pictures about 1000 pics along the ways with a PS camera( Pentax optio 30), and I droped my little camera into water. So my sister gave me hers to use when I went back to Australia, for my supprise she already got a D70, and told me that I can keep the S2 that a little big for her, that why i have the camera and most important I began growing a hobby how to take good picture.
Last few weeks I was very busy reading all the posts and found this board very informative , and helpful. Still keep reading manual...
Thank
Hien
