Saw a wedding photographer using this last weekend. He's been in the game 22 years and done 1100+ weddings and he loves the system, saying it's the best he's ever used.

I guess if it keeps your pants up then could be useful! I don't know many Pro wedding photographers who shoot without using fill flash techniques and I don't see how this system could be used when a flashgun is attached to the camera. It would be too unwieldy. Could be useful for sports or aerial photography...even street photography.

This guy shot all day pretty much without a flash. He was shooting well into the night and his photos were pretty well spot on. I quite liked his style and he was very laid back for such a pro.

I understand what you're saying, but I also think that, with cameras like the D3s, the game is changing.

Used mine this afternoon and into the early evening. I was very happy with how well they worked and the fact that they didn't really inhibit my shooting style (read - grip) or use of tripod.

The only problem that I identified was that you need to be more aware of the fact that you have two large bodies and lenses hanging off your hips, which make narrow spaces interesting.

Now just to win lotto and get myself 2 x D3s' and a few new pieces of glass.

I'm looking forward to using these for a week long AFL carnival in October.
