We've all heard of chimping............I thought that this brought a whole new element to chimping, even though not a chinp.
Give me a look.... Not the best technique, but better than some I suppose Gets the hang of it faster than most as well The keeper was taking a load of happy snaps and was quite happy to let this little fellow have a go.......while keeping a very firm hold on her gear. Regards Colin

Re: We've all heard of chimping............Great shots, Colin.
For some reason they don't look all that sharp. Maybe it is grain, which surprises me for ISO 1000 on a D700.

Re: We've all heard of chimping............
Maybe it's slightly out of focus? Or maybe the 1000 point focus of the D700 is monkeying around?
Re: We've all heard of chimping............
Nice work Colin, great candid shot, irrespective of the focus i reckon its a cracker... gerry's photography journey
No amount of processing will fix bad composition - trust me i have tried.
Re: We've all heard of chimping............Hello all,
Yes they are not well focused I was waving around the 70 - 300 Sigma on this occasion. I did not have any sort of pod as a child plus gear is enough to carry. It is also a crop at pretty close to actual size so the grain really shows up with a bit of sharpening. Glad you all got the laugh I did, .........Maybe that also gave some camera shake?
