I must be the luckiest person alive in being the PotW chooser on a week that has had some fantastic pics posted. I must praise all of those involved in the Newtown shoot for some excellent results. I ended up looking at two posts in particular, those of Matt and Craig. On one hand we have the master, Matt, and on the other we have Craig, let’s say, the apprentice. In the end I chose one photo by Craig as PotW. The structure of this photo along with the fantastic eye contact makes it a standout and for Craig the kudos of PotW. Well done Craig

Chris,
A great choice, and all kudos to Craig.
This lady is stunningly photogenic. I would love for us, as a group, to do something more with her.

Pretty amazing photo Craig. Congrats on POTW.
There is something about this image, but I'm not sure what it is. Disturbing? Enlightening? Fascinating? In any case, it's a wonderful street portrait.

I don't normally comment on POTW threads, but this a superlative image. The eyes and expression are great, but the way they have been captured, with the light, just really brings them out.
Well done to both Craig & Chris for shooting and choosing the image.
