My turn again, and I needed a prod to get into gear this week but without further ado, I found it a particularly easy task this week. I'd like to take my hat off to Bob G for his outstanding capture of the kite surfer and his fantastic black and white conversion of the file. In the original post I asked Bob to show us the original/colour file and whilst it was a great shot as an original I think the b&w really made this image stand out, nice high contrast, a sense of capture in motion and a feel of being 'in the action'. For those that missed it, here's the original pic: Congrats again Bob - excellent image!

Great choice Geoff, really liked this when I saw it. Amazing how much the B&W conversion adds to the photo. Well done to Bob G

Great shot Bob, congratulations. The solarisation/B&W treatment really gives a strong result - the original is good, but I reckon this takes it to another level and shows what can be done with appropriate and skillful PP. Excellent.
Fine choice Geoff.

This is a wonderful image. The expression on the man's face adds a great touch of human interest to a very good action shot. Congrats.

After comparing the b&W with the colour one, I have to agree with the above comments.
