Thanks for arranging a great day out Peter! As usual...a fabulous day with a great bunch of photographers!
This is why they do it. It's just bloody beautiful to be a bird!

Stubbsy with some of the usual hard cases. Nice to see Killakoala there! He travelled up from Nowra for the shoot!

Matt,

I quite like the first. It gives a bit of context as well as provide with some background interest while retaining good separation with the background.

Great to see some pictures from you Matt. I agree with Surenj on the first, quite a unique shot, too bad that the day looks so grey. Can I ask what the guy is carrying???

I am getting more and more jealous about missing out on this meet.

I love these pine trees!

...and I didnt even notice them.

That's the good part about meets like this...participants see different things and see things differently.

The haze in the first makes it look as if the background has been desaturated which centres the focus on the paraglider

The last is simple but effective

And here was I, thinking that there might have been something as simple and innocuous as a body in that backpack.

Matt

While I like #1 greatly, there is something really appealing about the odd randomness in that group shot and I think it's the pick of these despite me being in the shot.

I agree (Not about you being in the photo Peter, but I)

Lovely shots Matt. I agree about the pine trees. They were magnificent.
