Also please note that, unless you state something to the contrary, other members might attempt to repost your image with their own post processing applied. We see this as an acceptable form of critique, but should you prefer that others not modify your work, this is perfectly ok, and you should state this, either within your post, or within your signature. Images posted here should conform with the general forum guidelines. Image sizes should not exceed 950 pixels along the largest side (height or width) and typically no more than four images per post or thread. Pre Dawnthe colours of pre dawn are fantastic, as you go form black to that bit of light you get those unusual colours that the eyes barely perceive

Re: Pre DawnBeautiful colours. I can't see your exif but did you have time to lightpaint? This would bring out the foreground. The other option is to combine two exposures to get a little detail to the foreground.

You can't match the colours because you use eyes and memory, not chips and memory. What other colours/tones did you bring out while in pp? Regards Colin

Re: Pre DawnHmm... I can see much more shadow detail on the work monitor (crappy acer AL1714) when compared to my DELL at home.
This monitor shows me just enough detail for this photo to rock!
