Seen and tried them, quality like Sh*t! not like the vests I have.
If you have more disposable income, try them.

I have two vests from this company as MHD and other seen and it's perfect US$170.00 for the still model.

They look great (I think I have played with them at your place)

But what I am looking for (or thinking these vests might do) is similar to the utility belt used by land forces in the ADF... ie you put it on first and then your pack over it...
I'm still to find a satisfactory solution for carring my gear with my hiking pack...

Both of them can add on many Lowepro shoulder or backpacks as Specialist 85AW and more.
