Nightshoot along the Yarra anyone?

Anyone interested in meeting up for some night photography along the Yarra?

Probably thinking about Birrangmarr, past Flinders St Station, Southbank and Crown Casino. Reflections, lights etc etc. I am thinking of a Friday or Saturday night in the next month or so.

i'm sure u're referring to late-nightshoot since sunset is pretty late now :mrgreen: .

if date and time permits, i'll certainly pop by...

what about the Friday the 4th or Saturday 5th (The weekend after).

Anyone interested / available one of those nights?

So far (with the exception of myself)
1 person can come either night
2 people cannot make Friday night.

Is anyone intending on coming?

Is Saturday a better night? Swap the days and keep the other details the same?

I'd be in for Friday night still, after beer o'clock. Sat is a more remote possibility too.

Partly cloudy. Isolated showers. Winds west to southwesterly averaging up to 35 km/h tending westerly up to 40 km/h around midday.

Looks like the pin has been pulled.

Sat's out for me.

If you're up for a night shoot on a weeknight, let me know. I've been out twice this week already, having a go at timelapse.

I took this picture a month ago, and it's my current desktop... not quite the Yarra, but Docklands at least.

The water went marble flat for all of about two minutes, and then a boat left, which you can just see the beginning of it's wake at right.
