My little Lady Beetle (Be warned Baby inside!!!)As you all saw on Saturday it is very hard to look after 2 little ones and take some images at the same time, but here is my latest attempt on getting some pics of my daughter taken a few hours ago while Oscar was in bed.
"Old school" (Olympus OM 1&2SP )
Re: My little Lady Beetle (Be warned Baby inside!!!)Craig, After seeing her in real life and in these images, it's hard not to like them!!
Few things. One has to watch out for the cast from the red clothing. I would increase the intensity of the catch lights in the second. They have a huge impact on portraits. I am surprised that you got time to even do this much set up etc!! Great stuff.
Re: My little Lady Beetle (Be warned Baby inside!!!)Nice ones Craig, put a caption on the first 'why am i wearing this crazy outfit?'
you looked like a pro! gerry's photography journey
No amount of processing will fix bad composition - trust me i have tried.
Re: My little Lady Beetle (Be warned Baby inside!!!)I like both of these. I can only imagine the challenge involved in getting these shots that make them even more impressive!
I quite like the personality captured in the first one, which make this image a success for me even though we can't see her eyes. In #2 I like the intent look she has on her face, that inquisitive, engaged look only a little one can have. Keep em coming, some great memories being made and these would look great printed LARGE at an 18th birthday down the road!
