Forum rules
Please note that image critiquing is a matter of give and take: if you post images for critique, and you then expect to receive criticism, then it is also reasonable, fair and appropriate that, in return, you post your critique of the images of other members here as a matter of courtesy. So please do offer your critique of the images of others; your opinion is important, and will help everyone here enjoy their visit to far greater extent.

Also please note that, unless you state something to the contrary, other members might attempt to repost your image with their own post processing applied. We see this as an acceptable form of critique, but should you prefer that others not modify your work, this is perfectly ok, and you should state this, either within your post, or within your signature.

Images posted here should conform with the general forum guidelines. Image sizes should not exceed 950 pixels along the largest side (height or width) and typically no more than four images per post or thread.

The kids were doing some painting and this is the result of the left over paint in the tray.

I like it
Printed large and hang in a modern setting that would really work.

Wow I really like it, not just the pattern but the lighting really brings out the texture and adds to the 3d affect.
I agree that this would look cool printed big, and in a reception or board room.

I like the fact that it could be wood, could be earth, could be a sat pick etc etc makes you think.

The image strangely evokes a sense of movement. Very eye catching.

This is quite an interesting image, I agree that is works well as an abstract. Any more from this series?

Great pick. Really nice grab when the media presented itself. If you don't explain how the image is made it could be anything.

Thanks all for your comments.

Yes there are, but they are very similar to this one. I will take another look at them and may post another later.

I looked through the other shots and felt that the differences were so small that they were not worth posting, however I thought this worked quite well.

It does.

Print, each image separately. Mount and frame them as a triptych, and find a cafe to display and sell it from.

I agree...maybe play with three squares or three rectangles though, at the moment the middle panel looks too long to go with the two side panels....just my opinion.

Geoff

You need to stay in more. This, plus your bubble series are a testament to what you can achieve without leaving home. I really like the triptych. Have you played with changing the colours in PP?
