World's Greatest Shave - I'm doing it!Hey all,
Haven't had a lot of time in general, even for the beloved forum. However I have decided that I will be participating this year in The World's Greatest Shave. Scared? Yes, I'm petrified but I know my hair will grow back. Any other members interested in joining me in this 'journey'? Take a look at my Profile Page by clicking this link: http://my.imisfriendraising.com.au/personalPage.aspx?SID=90681 I'd like you to support me by making a secure online donation using your credit card. - Every hour of every day, at least one person in Australia is diagnosed with leukaemia, lymphoma or myeloma. - Every two hours, someone loses their life to blood cancer. Please help me raise as much as I can for the Leukaemia Foundation. Their vital work provides patients with practical support during their long and tough treatment, as well as funding important research. Thanks for your support! Geoff

It's gonna be bloody awful, but I figure it will (eventually) grow back and it is for a good cause after all Geoff

Re: World's Greatest Shave - I'm doing it!And being a photo forum, you'd better show us your mop I'll lob in though - as I'm not game to shave my head, I'm too worried what the scar up there would look like in the light of day. Oh - and watch for sunburn once you do it according to a bald mate - it hurts, and also easy to break the skin if you knock it too...... Old D200+extras

Re: World's Greatest Shave - I'm doing it!I have done it - leaving a stubble. It is surprisingly 'liberating' (for want of a better word) getting rid of the mop and for a good cause as well. I will lay down some dosh for you, Geoff. Great cause.
Regards, Patrick
