I just came across this (FREE) Internet channel (on ReVision3), which is dedicated to Photoshop/Lightroom tips, tricks and techniques.

Please be aware that as these are all video tutorials, it will require a decent internet connection and will be considerably large videos to stream (so hopefully you have a good download quota with your ISP...)
I just watched a couple of tutorials and learnt things I didn't even know about PS CS4 (eg. using the configurator to create your own palletes/menus).
