After examining images from the past week, I have finally settled on the following shot by agriffiths…congratulations. I was drawn to the different perspective provided in the shot. With good use of DOF, we are looking down on this magnificent ‘Tiger Moth’ passing over the centre circle of a field below. To achieve this brings into play the skill of the helicopter pilot together with the photographer to take such an awe-inspiring image. Well done to all concerned. Fantastic shot Andrew, the aircraft is magnificent, and capturing it right in the middle of that circular irrigation field is really inspired.
A massive well done.
Great selection Foz.

Wow, thankyou for the kind feedback everyone. With all the fantastic images that are regularly posted on this forum I'm really very honoured.
I'll forward this onto my pilot. He'll no doubt be pretty chuffed with himself too :) .

Great photograph. Apart from the technical aspects of this shot is the case of being at the right place at the right moment.

I just wanted to add my congratulations to all those mentioned above.
As a person who is not very interested in planes, your photo made me sit back and say "wow" for many different reasons - composition, colours, logistics, etc.
Fantastic shot!
