Thanks for the walk today, was awesome, i felt I got fit just watching all those joggers! Thanks to peter for organising as always, top effort mate.

heres a few quick ones that sums up the fitness for the day...

oh, and thanks to MattK for the loan of the 300mm f4.5 - very tidy lens!

Love how you have frozen the rain on 5#.

I think that photographer has the right idea. It would have been a brilliant day for portraits outdoors!

the 300mm is a great candid lens if your into that kind of thing! :up:. I dont' think I could have caught up with her to offer her the photo this was a 5sec break at the stairs - she was hooning!

They are all great pics. #5 is interesting ?? At first glance, thought he had an artificial limb (left hand).
