Re: HDR + IRNow there's something unusual. the firt 2 remind me a lot of the old cibachrome processing.

Re: HDR + IRYou've got 2 quite interesting pairs of images here. In both cases my preference is for the first of each pair. In the first IR shot that cloud front looks like a big wave about to crash over the rocks. For me I'd have a liked a touch less foreground in the first HDR shot by lopping some of the bottom, but as I said it's my pick. Thanks for sharing these.

Re: HDR + IR

Re: HDR + IRI like these and now ask myself what would it look like combining the two methods?
Canon
Re: HDR + IRVery nice picture and difficult to decide
which I like best. Perhaps, the second because of those vibrant colours.
Re: HDR + IR
Well you could have been a little higher off the ground, but I mean just cropping some foreground like so to reduce the very strong impact of the rocks in the foreground and give some more balance to push the eye into the rest of the image. Of course my "vision" of this and yours are different so feel free to say what I've done pisses on your masterwork Peter

Re: HDR + IR
thanks cam. i really need to do more of it cos i quite enjoy it. whats especially pleasing is that its really simple with very little PP required. switch colours, steep L&C and thats pretty much it. just like the lifepixel tutorial says. i've yet to have the issues of magenta creeping into the whites, thats obviously luck. lol EM1 l 7.5 l 12-40 l 14 l 17 l 25 l 45 l 60 l 75 l AW1 l V3
Re: HDR + IR
