power adjustment on sb900

pocant find my manual and I need to shoot daylight with flash in fill so im thinkink low power

Fozzie gave the correct long answer.
Here is a short answer:
Put the flash on the camera and turn both on. Press the Mode button then turn the speeddial until the flash says TTL-BL Job done.
