This week's PotW is by mic.
I was impressed with the magical quality of this one,
the colours, the composition, and the skill with the
exposure and PP - those rocks in the right foreground
could easily have been very dark blobs. I liked this
as soon as I saw it, and going by other comments in
the thread, others did too.
You can see the original thread here

I hope you like my first selection of Picture of the Week.
Well done mic for a great shot.

WOW !
I'm stoked beyond belief, Thanks Greg for choosing my Pic & everybody for liking it so much
It's a great thrill to go to work and log in and see something that you have created and other people have liked as well. Not just people but Photographers with a keen eye for detail.
Stay tuned for more, hopefully I can improve even more and keep the WOW factor going.
Thanks to all once again.
I'm so happy to have captured this truly amazing magical place down at Cape Woolamai and convey it's magical presence to an audience.
Mic.

Outstanding! It reminds me of the beach shot in the D70 brochure, only I think this one is better!

Hey Mic.........that's such a great shot. Glad you had the thought to remind us all about it.
It actually reminds me of a shot I took in Antartica a few years ago. I saw it the other day and thought there's something about this shot that Mic would really like! So here it is:
It's really "YOU" don't you think? I'm surprised you did'nt post this yourself?
ps. I've printed your photo you emailed but need your postal address. Send it to me in a pm or email to my work.
regards Buzz
