Panasonic LX5!!

Postby aim54x on Fri Jul 23, 2010 12:42 pm

In case anyone has missed it, Panasonic announced the new LX5.

It sounds like a LX3 with a reworked sensor and a longer lens!!

Starting to get closer to what I want/need. Give it a high quality inbuilt 100% viewfinder and then I will certainly take serious notice.

I had a quick squiz at the specs. To be honest, it doesn't do much for me but in any case it will have to be very good to outdo the LX3.

I know what you mean!

If the reworked sensor can get us an extra stop of ISO, and the lens does not lose anything then I think Panasonic has outdone themselves

Nice; very nice.

I do miss having a slightly longer focal length on my LX3.
