Location for light painting?

Hi everyone!

I've been asked up to Brisbane to do a car light painting photo shoot like the the photos in the below thread...

Could anyone recommend some good locations for this type of photography?

damn man, that looks premo, if its nice and dark and you got enough portable lights you should get some really nice shots! (no pressure now :cough: )

I only use one light, but it's portable.
In the other shots i put a bit of light onto the wall after lighting the car. I can always move the car away from the wall more or light it less if it looks to strong against the car.
