Hey guys,
This is a pic i took on toorak street in melbourne,
what do you think of it?
There were so many nice cars out and about i could not believe it, we dont have streets like that in Brisbane!!
There are tons more pics, i am curretnly re-sizing and editing them. Was a great weekend in all...and the motorshow on monday was great to top it off. The chicks at the Mitsubishi stand had to be my favourite:
I saw a few D70 guys walking about, not sure if anyone on the forum was there? saw a bloke with a lowepro backpack and tripod and all..pretty sure he was from here. I had a mini trakker classic bag, took that everywhere.
Will post the rest of the pics later.

Do you know how many Ferraris were out and about on Saturday and Sunday nights on Lygon St? Almost makes 'em commonplace!
And we saw two Maseratis in a workshop while walking from breakkie yesterday down to Vanbar.
We did the motorshow on Friday, and I mentioned the Mitsubimbos to the assembled masses at the pizza meet on Friday night. Talk about the cushiest (non-)job on earth. There were two of them, on the revolting stands ... just standing there, or sitting in the cars. I originally mentioned them here. g.

Been there, done that.
Got the t-shirt.
We had a BiTrouble in Dallas. Great car for effortless freeway cruising, with oodles of power under foot. And then when you put the right foot down ... it was truly awesome.
Sadly, the backend on that model wasn't too well tied down, and as soon as any sort of water appeared on the road, it really became a matter of tippy-toe-ing around. Point it anywhere near a corner and too often you'd find the taillamps lighting your way. 
I'll stick with the Alfas thanx; nicely sorted suspensions, beautiful bodies (mind you, the current Maserati Quatroporte is a car of rare beauty) and simple, reliable normally aspirated engines. g.

Terrific pic.
Actually that second one I have seen somewhere else in a psychological test for men. The test is:
If you stare at that picture for an indefinate amount of time you will eventually see a car in the background. It took me almost a minute last time. Its a tough test, you just dont see it.

Yes, mostly agree Gary.
But IMHO it's a shame they are all FWD these days.
