Coogee Beach- Very Mini Meet 09/10/10Beautiful soft sunrise that was a pleasure to work with and some good company thrown in as well
Hadn't been to this location previously but it's superb! Looking North Really love the Sydney sandstone Suns up...but a bit throttled which is perfect Looking south...that's Suren...retreating after being belted by a wave and swallowing some sea water
Re: Coogee Beach- Very Mini Meet 09/10/10Ray,
While these are all very good technically and compositionally, I prefer #3 and #2 in that order. #3 Perfect timing with the sun just bathing the rocks with it's rays. the wave action is also nicel timed.. #2 Great composition with the wide angle. I did wonder what you were photographing but now I realise the potential there. I might even go back for that shot!
I was quite a bit subdued today after getting almost dunked two times....

nice spotting on that one Ray, that sandstone is perfect for setting up the leading lines for great shots and you have done well with this one. I really like the last image, however the colours come across to me a bit muted, the warmth is there but the colour saturation is not - this however could be my monitor, so take that with a grain of salt.
I am bringing a teather rope and a life jacket for ya next time gerry's photography journey
No amount of processing will fix bad composition - trust me i have tried.
