Re-touching the Model

This is an interesting webbie page, thie rolloevers are great for seeing exactly what has been PP'd. What I wanna know is, how do you do the face paint, like on the second image?! almost seamless...

It's not that technical but tedious. This is meticulous paintwork at high magnification with cloning of very small areas. Then blended with a few modes etc.

Also desat + contrast increase.

More than 4 steps and 5 minutes.

I guess this is not quite 'touch' but more of a solid grope.

I love how he says it's about sculpting light, and then proceeds to remove blemishes, tattoos etc... not sure any amount of sculpted light could achieve that outcome.
