Re: Revisiting old images from last year
I like it, as a composition it works well and the PP is not off putting so I figure it must be alright in my mind The only thing that jumped out at me as a negative, and this could be becasue I can sometimes be a coffee nut, is the OOF coffee stream. The shot is purely hinged on coffee hence in my mind the cup is important (in focus) but also the thick red/brown stream of coffee is the absolute key. mmm.. coffee... hth, a little bit anyway gerry's photography journey
No amount of processing will fix bad composition - trust me i have tried.
Re: Revisiting old images from last yearThanks Biggerry, I kind of agree, i found it very hard to get some good focus on the coffee stream as I litterally had kitchen staff around me working and they kind of wanted me in and out pretty quick so they only put a small cup so i could get more stream in the image, but i had to get the shot done before the cup filled up! but considering I hate coffee, i think its ok!!
thanks for your CC! can only make me better!! 2 x Fuji xt1,vg-xt1 grip, Fujinon xf 18-55mm 2.8-4, Fujinon xf 14mm, Fujinon 56mm 1.2.
