Also please note that, unless you state something to the contrary, other members might attempt to repost your image with their own post processing applied. We see this as an acceptable form of critique, but should you prefer that others not modify your work, this is perfectly ok, and you should state this, either within your post, or within your signature. Images posted here should conform with the general forum guidelines. I scream for ice creamMother's day lunch yesterday with all the family, nephews, nieces and grandkids everywhere, and of course, ice cream for the littlies. Armed with my 50mm F1.2 lens, this made for a fun time:

Re: I scream for ice creamThat last image is commercially valuable...would make a great advertisement for....carpet cleaner, teething rings, smell good baby food, face wipes, gimme kiss etc. You really caught the moment.I love it!

Re: I scream for ice creamGreat images, the first only lacks because of the out-of-focus icecream held by the girl.

Two or three lights, any lens on a light-tight box are sufficient for the realisation of the most convincing image. Man Ray 1935. Our mug is smug

Shooting at F/1.x means it was always going to be that way. I must 'fess up with this one. It was 100% fluke. I shot from the hip without even looking through the viewfinder and somehow it focussed on their faces! Mucking around with cameras and kids makes photography fun. Re: I scream for ice creamLoving the last, a classic shot and as Matt suggests, endless possibilities in the commercial world of all things to do with babies.
