[SYD] Land of the rising sun

Postby surenj on Sat Jul 02, 2011 7:22 pm

Or more accurately, we will be checking out the sunrise at some location with some water (most likely in the vicinity of the sea).

Location is largely undecided but we most likely will check out Little Bay.

It's meant to be 'fine' with rising tide and a pitiful swell. I am guessing it will be tough with no clouds or waves...

Please call or PM me if keen.

Sunrise 7/10
Sea didn't get to it in time....
Breakfast 1/10 (Hint: If you are in unfamiliar territory and there is a large gang of souped up cars hogging one cafe, for goodness sake, don't go in there your self. You will end up waiting for a long long time.)
Luck 5/10

Sunrise 6/10 (It wasnt as long lasting of spectacular as I wanted...nor IR friendly)
Clouds 5/10 (not many, but the few were placing themselves as best as they could)
Sea 4/10 (little swell = tough work)
Breakfast 1/10 (slow service + ordinary food)
Camera market 4/10 (didn't find what I wanted, but did manage to get some Russian glass to play with)

I guess this is dependent on expectation. I expected nothing at all looking at the forecast...

Hi Chica, this is Little Bay (Sydney), the southside of the bay/beach. It's quite picturesque as the bay is surrounded by golf courses!
