Workflow Color ModeHI...New to list (excellent info, most impressed. Only 4461 posts till am number one poster).
Can anyone tell me the importance of choice of color mode workspace. I usually touch up my photos in Photoshop CS. Am drawn to Option II (Adobe RGB). Is it wise to choose selections such as vivid and low contrast at camera level or adjust post processing. Thanks in advance
A good question. However this topic has been reviewed several times before so do a seach to find those threads for more help,
However briefly, I would suggest using Adobe RGB colourspace if you are using Adobe products to edit and post process with. Although it is probably impossible for the human eye to discern any difference between the different colourspaces i reckon it's best to use the one most compatible with the software you work with. Hope that helps a bit. Oh and i nearly forgot, Welcome to the best photography forum in existence. Steve.
