A few of mine from the WRC in Coffs HarbourWent up with Chris (dervish16). Had a great time. The cars were challenging to shoot at some times and I still have around 300 more images to look through and edit.

Re: A few of mine from the WRC in Coffs HarbourNice shots. #2 seems to have a green tinge to it like the white balance is off.

Re: A few of mine from the WRC in Coffs HarbourThe last image seems to be a standout from my end, however i am not a fan of the black strips/frame but thats just a personal preference thing.

No amount of processing will fix bad composition - trust me i have tried.
Re: A few of mine from the WRC in Coffs HarbourI agree the last image is the strongest. Better use of shutter speed and foreground. I would even be tempted to crop it closer to the top left corner, making it a better editorial style image. I dont know if the white balance is 'off' in the second shot, or it was set for auto, with the sensor tricked by ambient sunlight, producing the cool image. A quick tweek in LR to warm it would make it a much stronger image.

Re: A few of mine from the WRC in Coffs HarbourGood work Matt. The weekend certainly provided some trying circumstances over the 3 days, and some of the spectator points were very ordinary for photo enthusiasts.
It was a great weekend in Coffs Harbour, and I know that I have some great shots to edit, especially from the water splash on Friday.

Re: A few of mine from the WRC in Coffs HarbourNice composition in the last shot! Maybe warm up the car just a tad to match the surroundings. Great capture.
