OK - I am certainly no expert, but here is how I would do it.

1. Open both pictures
2. Draw a path around the head (the pen looking tool), or use the extract tool. Select the path by clicking the button at the bottom of the paths pallette and press "v" key for the move tool.
3. Move the selected head onto the monopoly money picture.
4. Select edit --> transform --> scale and resize the head.
5. Position the head where you want it, flatten the layers and save!

When I draw the path with th pen looking tool, the whole image goes white like its been deleted and then when I drag it to the othe image it pastes and I resize the white cutout with no picture . I asume I must have someting else selected but I can figure it out.

te image you posted is the result I am after all beit Very rough.

I would like to cut Neatly around the circle of monopoly to revela her face.

use the selct tool, set to elipse (circle) and select your daughers face. Then copy (or cut) and paste.

Ah yes, very good Andy - much simpler and prettier!! :)
I think you will still have to resize though Matt.

Another method. Select the centre of the monoply money - make selection (you can use the pen tool or the circular marque tool).

Open the pic of your little girl - select the marque tool (square) and do a select all. Command c to copy.

In the money image go to paste into (edit menu) and the pic of the little girl will be on a layer behind the money. This layer can be resized or whatever. When all is well flatten image :D
