I've received the prints and I must say that everything went smooth. They are based in China so that explains the cheap price. There's a slight warp on the smaller print but nothing to worry about, colours were exactly as expected and they were well packaged even though the box was opened for inspection by customs. I would say that I would use them again.

When you print them, do you have to consider the image getting cropped due to the canvas being wrapped around the edges?

Thanks. A timely post for me as a friend wanted to get a cheap canvas print done. We have just ordered a 40 x 50 from there and will see how it turns out.
