The department of Defence aquired some Nikon D1s. They make fabulous $11,000 doorstops! Nobody asked me. :D :D

Prior to the D1 I had a Kodak/Nikon D450 and then a Minolta RD-175, both real crap compared to even the P&S of today :D

D800 $3800 and D800E $4000 and you will even get one cent back in loose change.
