Ands thanks for the lend of the 105 - I can't guarantee that you wil see it again Seriously, I can see myself ordering one of these for my MF prime kit - there is about $500 difference in price between the 2.5 and 1.8 versions on the KEH site! Regards, Patrick

lol, the difference between the 1.8 and 2.5 is pretty big (price) I am not actually sure whether there is much difference in quality, I just like teh idea of being able to have a 1.8 lens at 105mm your 50 1.4 is very nice, the contrast and bokeh is very reminiscent of my 105mm gerry's photography journey
