On the third day...I suppose it can be said to be of the social documentary
type because it reflects a social and religious event of the date. There were large crowds and it was a case of lifting the camera over your head and shoot overhead trying to get the general atmosphere of the event. I hope you like it.
Re: On the third day...Very nice, and great colour.
I think it might be good to modify the neckstrap of the guy in the bottom rh corner so that's a Nikon one. Or crop the image to exclude him. g.

Re: On the third day...
Nah. His expression says what he thinks of Canon. Leave him in. Greg
It's easy to be good... when there is nothing else to do
Re: On the third day...
That's a classic look used to communicate that he got high ISO banding or F%^&up focus.
Re: On the third day...Jesus was black?! Wait till the pope hears of this…
Cheers Steffen. lust for comfort suffocates the soul
Re: On the third day...Looks like a spray-on tan....
Re: On the third day...Thank you for the comments.
Being a Canon user, I can empathise with his facial expression and sense of bewilderment. Sometimes, I look worst myself. I don't know how to break this gently guys...but, Jesus was a born in Palestine, now Israel, so it is very unlikely he was blond and had blue eyes - as Hollywood wants to make us believe. He was up and about all the time walking and preaching (no trains, buses or plains) so it stands to reason that he would have had a healthy suntan and darker completion. Seriously, whether you believe or not, the Holly Week in Seville is a wondrous spectacle and an experience that it is impossible to capture on camera, irrespective of brandname.
Re: On the third day...Hey Zafra,
Here it's better to show a wider shot as well so that a scale is established...ie 100s of people.
Re: On the third day...Thank you Surenj. This is another view of the the same event,
but I don't think is a good as the one above, which shows the artistry of the paso (image and its stand). By the way, the stand is carried on the shoulders of 60 people approx.
Re: On the third day...Is that some sect related to the KKK?
Seriously, the Canon guy does add an interesting reminder of where we are today....in a world where the media has a long reach Cameron

Re: On the third day...No KKK, they pinched the idea from Spain.
Each church has brotherhoods (associations) of penitents, only known to themselves, and do charity work. Until very recently they were all men, but I believe they accept now women in their ranks. Each association have different colours and the simbold of their patron saints. To my knowledge, they don't go about burning afro-americans or people of other races.
Re: On the third day...2nd picture is still not wide enough I reckon.
Sounds like a boring brotherhood....
Re: On the third day...I wouldn't know, Surenj.
