Oldies but still goodies - Beat that!Dear consumers
In a disposable world isn't it great to have camera stuff that's good quality and stands the test of time? My F3 which has a fair bit of use since 1988 when I bought it still works like a charm....takes good photos too! I have a Metz 45 CT1 that I bought on a trip to China in January 1986. The original NiCad Battery and the flash still works. Good quality stuff!! Beat that! and I know you can. Regards Petermmc Nikon & Olympus
Peter - I wish that I still had every Nikon I have owned since my first Ftn Nikkormat in 1966 - but alas, I do not. My advice is to never get rid of your Nikon

I have owned and used professionally the Nikon F Photomic Tn, the FTn, F2, F3AF, F100 and the D1 plus, of course, the D70. My favourite film camera was the F100 and next the D70. As I said previously, I wish I still had them all.

My Bolex 8mm gets added to the top of the shelf where I display crap and will sit next to a Kodak folding 620 camera from the early 20's.
