Incorrect exposure and correctionWell I've got a fair few photos from the F1GP that aren't probably metered correctly and are slightly on the dark side. Now if I have a set of photos from said photoshoot that I feel are correctly metered is there a good technique of using them as a reference to correct the exposure of the photos that were incorrectly metered?

No, not unless there's a replica set of aperture and shutter speed dials in N Capture for you to manually 'set' the right exposure for other images. Just plus or minus until the histogram looks right - optimally, as far to the right edge as possible, but just before touching it.
Open up a good pic and a dark one side by side in PS. Adjust the curves tool until the dark one matches the good one. Now close the good one and open all of the dark ones so they are stacked up in PS. Now drag the curve onto each dark image and PS will apply it. Save them one by one as you go.
That's the slow way....but it works. Regards

yes you could but they would have to be from the exactly the same thigng your shooting.
e.g your photographing cars passing you by. your "correct exposure" is 1/250 at f8 at 5pm at golden hour, so you know the sun will be got very soon with rapid light changes. now the drivers have decided to turn on their headlights at you. your metering the cars headlight are giving you a incorrect exposure( e.g normal expousred h/l dark surroundings). Setting on maunal would be a good choice, however the light is falling very quickly so you probably won't have much time to switch modes to meter the light. What i suggest is to meter the scene/moments before the subject arrives use exposure lock button, car comes your shoot it. Life's pretty straight without drifting
