It's that time of the year

Postby gstark on Mon Jul 16, 2012 10:28 am

The other day I needed to pay a bill. The renewal of the D70Uesers.com domain name.

Which means that the forum's birthday is coming up, in just a few short weeks.

So, keep Saturday August 4 aside, and we'll have a mini-meet at Chez Stark in Bondi. Probably starting from around 10; we can BBQ some snags or something if you like; coffee, cake, salsa and chips, and who knows what else.

Please let me know within your response to this thread if you intend to come, so that we can arrange the appropriate catering and staff. :)

I can tentatively comply..

more info required though, where is gonna be, at a park, on da beach or at your joint as Chez Stark kinda implies

I think a Sunrise at Bondi maybe just the warmup I need for a session like this, quick get in now before all the spots fill up

I do. A small one.

But it's not that solid - lightweight aluminium. BTW, I'm already beautiful, so I only use it on others.

We don't need a beauty dish... just a good nine hours of post processing should sort things out.
For a start we are now pretty good at HDR and focus blending... and CS6 has a handy auto cut'n'replace tool now if all else fails !!!
