Sydney Life Competition 2012

Postby Matt. K on Mon Sep 03, 2012 8:09 pm

Well
It's been confirmed that I am a finalist in the above competition, (second time out of 4 tries), and get $500.00 and an invite to a cocktail party. I now have a 1 in 22 chance of winning $10,000, (that Fuji Xpro might yet get into my bag), and at the very least get to eat some Jatz crackers with cheese. The images will be hung in Hyde Park from 21 Sep to 21 Oct and over half a million people are expected to see them. I also get to keep the very large and expensive, ($3000), print after the exhibition closes. For those who live in Sydney but have never seen this exhibition...make an effort because you wan't be disappointed. It's always an excellent show. My Boigraphy, which will be attached to the image gives this forum a plug. It's the least I could do for a great bunch of folk who have the photography disease. :D :D

Here's a link to a preview of the exhibition.

Congratualtions Matt - yours is a fine image, but as with all such things others may not be so to my eyes. Like Bunnies on a line!
