Yo, its that time again in the week POTW time

This week selection is one that did not immediately jump out at me and I also had many other ideas for processing the image in questions, however a BW suggestion by the big Matt settled it for me, thus this is my selection for this week.

Well done Victor and I hope to see more images from your soon. (BTW, i would have gone for a lower contrast version of the BW to accentuate the fog )

2 things point this to POTW. The first is location (location, location), and secondly, the conditions at the time the shutter button was depressed.

But above those two conditions is the photographer, right time, right place, right photographer, right perspective and right, right, right.
