Learning to rememberOur eldest son has been teaching our two eldest grandsons about Remembrance Day, and the importance of remembering those who paid the ultimate sacrifice. Last evening we were returning home from a function at the RSL club and stopped by the memorial. I didn't pose the boys, they just stopped and thought for a while, looking at the freshly laid wreaths from the previous day's Remembrance service.

Re: Learning to rememberLovely picture. However, it would had been even better if some how you could have captured the facial expressions of the boys and just a hint of the statue to give it a perspective, but I recognise that sometime is not possible to take a candid capture with everything you want in it. As it is, it is a wonderful record.

Thanks Zaffs and yes, I thought of that myself but no, there was only an instant of time to take the photo. Little boys don't stay still for long! President, A.A.A.A.A (Australian Association Against Acronym Abuse)

Re: Learning to rememberDon't I know it! They are more difficult to photograph than anything else.
