Which one would you recommend for editing?

Microsoft Surface Pro OR Book????? ?I need a computer for Lightroom and Photoshop editing on the go....

I'd be looking at the specs of the box.

How much installed RAM? How much storage? What about the CPU?

Then go and look at what's available and fulfills those baseline needs.
