All great shots. Especially like No 2 - with the sun rays thru the mist in the foreground. Great colurs and sharp where needs to be and vic verser. Steve " There are no rules for good photographs, there are only good photographs" Ansel Adams.

I can't ever remember you commenting on one of my shots before (not to say you haven't) so this is high praise. Steve - the suns rays were what made the shot for me too. Leon, thanks for your comments also and I certainly intend to frame that one. This shot is a great example of how I knew it would be great even BEFORE it took the shot drove down three side roads before I found the right angle though). Interestingly this also had next to no PP unlike the panorama I took at the same location. Peter

Superb work stubbsy!
I can recall a thread from ages ago where we were all lamenting how difficult it is to photograph these well-known spots. You have just shown us how!
Great job, these are splendid.
I think I've seen the top one before. This is so crisp though, and the cloudy shapes are always a nice touch. The second one is great too, although I find my eyes wander off of the right side a tad to see more of the glorious cloud. There are people in the bottom pic, and it looks like they are casually walking into that huge rock! How do they do this?
There's a footbridge to the rock, but not inside it, just to a ledge at the edge. And "that rock" is one third of one of our national treasures! They're called The Three Sisters Peter
